My hours at
​Lasting Dose Tattoo and Art Collective, 888 S. Virginia St.

• Saturday Noon - 7pm
• Sunday Noon - 7pm
• Monday Noon - 7pm
• Tuesday Noon - 7pm

Feel free to stop by the shop during these hours if you have questions about getting a tattoo, or would like to buy a print!

Do You Require a Deposit?

• I do require a $60 deposit to book appointments. The deposit goes towards the total of the tattoo, but is non-refundable if you decide to cancel, or do not show up to the appointment.

Do You Tattoo Minors?

• I will tattoo minors 16+ with the following requirements:
• Original Birth Certificate (Must be original!)
• Photo ID from the Minor AND the consenting Guardian. There must be a clear connection between the Birth Certificate and the ID's. If not, I may require other forms of guardianship proof.
