This is the Original painting of “Love Birds” painted in gouache on watercolor paper.
With valentines day coming up, I had been thinking of related imagery and did a sketch of these two love birds sharing a branch. I decided to make a painting of them in a slightly different, outline free, style than I typically do. I really enjoyed the process and experimentation. I hope you enjoy the finished piece
